The whole notion of the VR broadcast for ICC Matches is that it will give the Samsung Gear VR an opportunity to watch games by produced feeds with the help of cameras placed in the stands, sidelines and even behind the goal. The cameras are placed in a way to capture the actions during the games from multiple angles and give the views impression of being present at the game in real life. NextVR is one of the few VR companies which is specialized in VR live streaming and live-broadcasting virtual reality content.

VR livestreamed matches will include:

• 27th July: Liverpool vs. Chelsea, Rose Bowl Stadium (Pasadena, California)

• 30th July: Real Madrid vs. Chelsea, Michigan Stadium (Ann Arbor, Michigan)

• 3rd August: Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich, MetLife Stadium (East Rutherford, New Jersey)

An additional game to be played is Leicester City vs. Paris Saint-Germain on July 30 in StubHub Center in Carson. The interesting thing over the last game is that both Leicester City and Paris Saint-Germain are defending champions of their respective leagues and the match is considered as one of derbies of the tournament.
